The leadership programmes aim to:
- Strengthen Child Safeguarding Systems. Build the capacity of leaders and institutions to prevent, identify, and respond effectively to child abuse, neglect, and exploitation in line with national and international standards.
- Promote Servant Leadership Values. Instil leadership grounded in integrity, empathy, stewardship, and service to others, consistent with Catholic social teaching and ethical governance.
- Enhance Executive Management Competencies. Equip participants with strategic leadership, decision-making, financial management, and organisational development skills for effective institutional performance.
- Foster Ethical and Responsible Leadership. Develop leaders who uphold accountability, transparency, and social responsibility across sectors.
